Shipping
ScienceMuseumGifts.com offers ground shipping, three-day, two-day, and overnight
express services through UPS. Orders placed after 7:30 am EST will ship the next
business day. If any of the items you're ordering are not in stock we will email
you with the status of the item. If special service is needed, please call
866-764-7870. Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays,

Transit Times

Shipping to a US Address
We offer UPS Ground and Expedited Services.
Ground: One to five business days as delivery is based on distance to
destination. Please refer to the Ground Service
Map for your approximate shipping time.
NextDay Options: Delivery guaranteed next business day with varying
delivery times depending on service selected (not available in all areas).
2 Business Days: Delivery guaranteed in two business days typically by
5:00 pm.
3 Business Days: Delivery guaranteed in three business days typically by
5:00 pm.
Shipping to a Military Address
We can only ship using US Mail. Please select UPS Ground for rates and we will
credit the difference to your credit card and update the method before shipment
is made. If the freight charge increases, we will contact you for approval and
payment. Note that tracking numbers will not be available for shipments made by
First Class Mail. ScienceMuseumGifts.com is responsible only for the delivery of
your items from our distribution center to the US military post offices. Once
the items have been delivered to the US military post offices, we do not have
control over the shipment or delivery time to the final APO/FPO destination.
Shipping to Canadian Address
International orders are shipped by UPS Standard to Canada unless otherwise
requested. Please contact customer service
directly for a quotation if you would prefer us to ship by United States Parcel
Service before placing your order. Please visit

for time in transit estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to custom
constraints.
Tracking Your Order
After your order ships from our warehouse, the tracking numbers will be sent via
email to the email address you provide at the time during checkout. The tracking
number and instructions will be given to you at that time. You can also log back
into your account and check order status. If a shipment has been made by US
Priority Mail you will need to follow the instructions in your email for details
on tracking. The tracking number will not show when you log into your account.
Cost
Your shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before you complete your
order. Your shipping costs can also be found on your order status page and in
your order confirmation email.
Damaged Shipments
Damaged or missing items must be reported to ScienceMuseumGifts.com within three
days of receipt. Retain damaged item(s) and all packaging material for carrier
inspection. Please contact our customer
service department to report damage and have a replacement sent.
