International Orders

We currently only ship to the US, APO/FPO, and Canadian addresses. Please contact our customer service department at 1-866-764-7870 if you have questions.

Military Addresses
For orders going to APO/FPO addresses, we can only ship using US Mail. Please select UPS Ground for rates and we will credit the difference to your credit card and update the method before shipment is made. If the freight charge increases, we will contact you for approval and payment. Note that tracking numbers will not be available for shipments made by First Class Mail. ScienceMuseumGifts.com is responsible only for the delivery of your items from our distribution center to the US military post offices. Once the items have been delivered to the US military post offices, we do not have control over the shipment or delivery time to the final APO/FPO destination.

Canada
All prices listed on our website are listed in US funds. International orders are shipped by UPS Standard to Canada unless otherwise requested. Please contact customer service directly for a quotation if you would prefer us to ship by United States Parcel Service before placing your order. The freight charge we bill is for the delivery from our warehouse to your address only. This charge does not include any other fees for importing merchandise into Canada. Please visit UPS for time in transit estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to custom constraints.

Fees
Canadian customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, GST, VAT, brokerage fees, etc., that are applicable to their inbound shipments. These fees will be applied after the order leaves our warehouse and billed by the carrier. Please visit www.ups.com for further information and explanation of fees involved when importing.
